It is very homey for me and my family! We got situated rather quickly and became comfortable just as fast.

I have never wrote a review positive or negative, but I wanted to write one for the place I call home Alta Mill Apartments... I have lived here well over 12years and I love it. I’ve seen staff and management changes. The relatively new management & staff are wonderful. Our community is well maintained. The grounds and maintenance staff do a great job in maintaining the grounds & units. The new paint job to our community adds a fresh new look to a already great property. The front office staff are all great but Brandon is the face that greets me most of the time when I go in for my packages. He has a great smile with a warm personality. You will not go wrong anyone in the front office, great people... I would strongly recommend Alta Mill if you’re looking for a safe, well maintained apartment community.

The grounds are always kept nicely manicured, the leasing office is always eager to help whenever I call & the maintenance personnel are always quick & efficent in responding to my requests.

LOVE THIS PLACE! Very quiet and clean at all times! The office personnel are very professional and always willing to help! All major stores are within few miles and so is the mall for all those ladies that love shopping!

I've lived here since June and haven't had any issues. The staff is always friendly and helpful, it's not noisy and there aren't kids running around everywhere. They keep the place up and don't have trash everywhere and rent is decent for this area.
